A Classroom Management Plan that Works! "I really thought this epic battle was going to continue forever with my students. The counselors at my school told me to pull students aside or call their parents. These solutions did not do any long term good and I continued going home tired, stressed and discouraged. I am so grateful I came across this manual, because I am not tough and really needed techniques that work. I realize now that It is like someone told them to drive the truck but left no steering wheel.

I honestly believe that should be your goal - not to have decent classroom control, but to eliminate behavior problems altogether so that you spend all of your time teaching. Your information will never be rented, traded or sold Is that fair or what?

But Wait That's Not ALL! Do you know that an inner-city High School Teacher is rated the #1 most stressful job there is, topping the list over Police Officer, Air Traffic Controller, and Miner?!! There is no risk whatsoever on your part. The burden to deliver is entirely on me. If you don't have immediate success getting your classroom in order using Classroom Discipline 101 then I'm the loser, not you.

Fortunately, at a fairly young age I developed a system of classroom discipline that was so tight' that discipline wasn't even an issue in class; I spent my time teaching instead of correcting behavior problems. 3.
